Rant. (No need to respond, just for my benefit.)

WARNING: This is the most rambling I've done for a long time and it makes no sense.

39 weeks today and I still feel as far away as ever. I have no symptoms. I'm not in pain. I don't ache. I can still sleep through MOST nights. I'm not hot. I'm not cold. I'm not hungry. I'm not, not hungry. I'm not going more often. I feel NORMAL. I know, I know, I should be so thankful that I'm not in pain or complaining about everything but surely it's not right for me to not feel pregnant at 39 weeks? My hormones are definately doing something. I think they're going back down at the end? Whatever they're doing, they're making me irritable. My moods are so up and down. I want to force myself to chill out, and wait, and be patient, because really I am going to get a big shock when I do go into labour. And, although I'm so close, I still don't think it has 100% hit me that I'm going to be pushing a baby out so soon. I still feel so far away. I know she will be in my arms soon. I know she will be, and is, wonderful. I feel like I got built up and made to feel excited by the midwife at the hospital, and then again at my appointment when she said she didn't expect to see me again, just for it to be 2 days away from my appointment and NOTHING noticable be happening. I know she is there, I know she is waiting, I know she is comfortable, I know I'm very lucky but for heavens sake child HURRY UP.

That was rather up and down just then. Like, I do want her to come now. I would love for her to come now. At the same time, I don't feel like she should be ready to come now. I don't feel like I've been pregnant long enough. I don't feel like I'm going to be dropping a baby anyday now.

Oh hun, I have no idea to know how it feels at your stage of pregnancy. But I just wanted to send big and hope your lovely baby comes soon!
It must be so frustrating at this point!!!

Hey Toria, everything will turn out great! Just keep your head up and soon here you will have a baby keeping you up at all hours of the night haha. Babies come on their own, that is for sure...so just hang in there!

Toria the way you are feeling is soooo normal with my last baby I was 2 days off my due date & I so wanted her out one minute then the next I would start panicking & thinking I wasnt ready!! I had 2 friends round & I walked into the kitchen they both looked up at me so shocked I hadnt realised I was thinking ALOUD & I had just said "GET FECKING OUT I'VE HAD ENOUGH" to my bump Only minutes before I had told my friends I loved my bump & would miss it

Your LO will be in your arms any time now
