Spent the last 4 hours in hospital because of my idiot of a brother!

Its his birthday today so while we was mindin his baby he took advantage to have a drink (which he cant because of his medication for ADHD) but got absolutly bladderd and ended up comin round by ours causin havic, hittin kids + threatnin people blah blah.. so me, my mum + my auntie go lookin for him an when we finally find him + try talkin to him he runs off tellin us he wanted to be on his own. but the thing is my brother hates bein on his own + causes a lot of trouble especially when full of ale so we followed him an within 20 minutes he smashed someones window in, tried robbin a car, got into someones back garden, jumped the back fences so we couldnt find him then threatened little kids that if they told any one they seen him he would find them an kill them! my mum then phones the police because she realises when hes like this hes not only a danger to himself but also other people!

By this point i just wanted to hold him an stop him from takin his anger out on everyone else an jus sit down an talk to me so as i'm runnin after him he falls over a grid ( - such a mong he is lol) so i bends over to help pick him up so went to hold me but then sees my mum runnin towards us so he pushes me to the floor an i hits the floor flat on my stomach i was in bits just sat on the floor cryin not knowin what to do an my belly began to ache! my mum tells the police whats happened so when they find us they send an ambulance for me but at that point i just needed to find our jay (brother) to calm him down.

They took me in an examined me, took my bloods + a sample. they then made me lye on the bed, belly hooked up on machines for babys heart beat an when i got pains an how long they lasted. at first they had concerns thinkin i had gone into early labour but then put the pains down to shock an said my wee sample was clear an give me 3 tablets to help ease the pain. they told me my bloods would be sent of an i needed to have plenty of bed rest the next few days but if the pains don't die down i have to go back in straight away.

I have never been so happy to feel bump kick me in the ribs as i was before

just thought i would let you know, me an bump are doin ok but have had a really rough night. just hopin to god these pains go an it isnt the start of early labour.

by the way, i text Adams mum to tell him what had happened an all i got was .. ok <<< the cheek of it, just ok!

Really glad bump is ok an he is goin to stay were he is for now

The police keep askin if i want to press charges against him, but hes my brother i cant do that to him but he hurt me + my baby, its confusin i didnt no what to do :'(

It's definitely tough when it's your family. I am not sure what I would do in that situation.

If you do, it will cause a rift between you and him. If you don't he might not learn from his mistakes.

One more thing, if Adam's mom is like that, screw even talking to her. I would never give her anymore pieces of info. She sounds like a nasty b****!

sorry you had to go through that rachel, im sure that it was very tough. id stay away from your brother if he gets like that again, you need to protect yourself and let others handle it. good luck sweetie xx

Glad everythings alright. How frightening. As for pressing charges, only you can decide that as it is a difficult one. He needs to understand he can't go out getting bladdered with ADHD! As for Adam's mum....well, idiot is all I'll say! x

As said in a previous thread... it's is tough as he's your brother... It's likely to cause a rift if you press charges... but would you not be doing it for him, so that he realises what pain he causes ?

As for the mother.... biatch springs to mind.
