As some of you know oxsarahxo sadly lost her baby girl Jessica Charlotte Reay hours after giving birth. We are arranging a star to be named after Jessica and a lantern for her resting place from all of us. We also thought it would be nice to make a contribution to Sarah & Matt so they can use it towards flower arrangements, head stone or resting place arrangements. If you would like to contibute please PM me for details. I'm Currently Feeling: | Kick Start Labour... Hellooo,
I was just wondering if any of you ladies have found any thing helpful for getting labour started. Raspberry Leaf Tea, Walking, Birthing Ball, Sex? Anything that actually really works?
Just wondering because i plan to start eviction proceedings for my little one in a weeks time given that it will take that long to persuade her to come out on time. Does anything work or do they really just come when they want to?
I am due on the 14th of June and I am desperate for her to be on her due date as it is Father's Day on 15th of June and my OH will be chuffed to bits if he is a daddy by then. How can i persuade her to come in time?
I've been telling her how happy daddy will be if she comes in time but i'm not sure she's interested

I'm Currently Feeling: | My MW says two things: sex and exercise, it is all about getting the oxytocin levels up, both of which activities do. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | raspberry tea leaf is meant to only tone the uterus so the pushing stage isnt as long. Your meant to start takin it daily from 32-34 weeks x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You can get Raspberry Leaf Tea tablets hun although they are like horse tablets LOL! However after a 72 hours labour I dont think they worked for me LOL! So the second time round I tried the lot, hot curries, walking, sex anything and everything but my daughter was a stubborn little minx and decided to take 63 hours before putting in an appearance and both mine were born by emergency c section cos they just didnt read the script LOL! I think everyone is different hun, im sure you will have fun finding out what works best for you, I recommend trying the sex first LOL! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | No home remedies have been proven to work, there are things that cause contractions but unless you discuss it with your doc and get a go ahead you shouldn't go off and try it except for sex that's fine but I've read it's not just the oxytocn in the semen but you need to orgasm too. |
