I've been trying it all, sex, walking, swimming, pineapple, accupressure and none of it has worked. I think baby comes when baby wants too.

Oxytocin does come from orgasm... semen contains prostaglandins that ripen the cervix... oxytocin is produced with nipple stimulation as well, but not as much for some women as others. You're right, none of the methods effect women the same way - so there are lots of different reactions... from doesn't work at all, to got me in labor in 10 mins. But I would say the more biological the method the more likely it is to work.

And to think of it, it is a bit ironic that the very act that got you pregnant might be able to get you 'not pregnant'... seems very like mother nature somehow Yes, I know it's not proven... just seems likely for some reason.

Yesterday we tried sex, pineapple, TWO curries and I went for a long hobble on my crutches.

Nothing happened.

I guess that ultimately, she will come when she wants to. I can't help but get my hopes up that she is on time though. It will be another year till fathers day otherwise!

I'll sweet talk her out

Just wondering because i plan to start eviction proceedings for my little one in a weeks time given that it will take that long to persuade her to come out on time. Does anything work or do they really just come when they want to?

I am due on the 14th of June and I am desperate for her to be on her due date as it is Father's Day on 15th of June and my OH will be chuffed to bits if he is a daddy by then. How can i persuade her to come in time?

I've been telling her how happy daddy will be if she comes in time but i'm not sure she's interested

Im due the 8th of June and im dying for my little boy to come out before fathers day too..
