The fact that you are looking forward to your holiday is a good sign
Try to get outside as much as you can, as natura dayight helps loads with depression. If it keeps on, you can take citalopram in your pregnancy.. I did with Ethan.. it was either that, or kill my hubby and they worked.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


well....im back

and it has been nice but strained, i enjoyed the hol as we got away and it was a form of escapism for a week but maddison wanted to do everything and more on the hol that seemed to involve wakig what seemed 20 miles a day minimum, i wanted to relax and chill this hol but as it was her last one b4 her little bro joins us i made the effort..we went to woolacome beach, swimming, watermouth castle and adventure land, dinosaur world, tunnells beach, the big sheep and foxy club every night, on the last day my god i suffered and my feet looked like they elonged to an african elephant!!
We came home the night before we were due back as the upstairs neighbours i think were auditioning for the gladiators and i just couldnt sleep...i felt quite good whilst away the sun def helped and now im back to reality...my birthday was nice we went to the big sheep lol and had a nice meal on the beach, lots of nice presents and a likkle cake!!

anyway thankyou for all your well wishes...
