Not particularly. I gave up on the rosemary leaf capsules they just made me feel sick. I still use the birth ball but that's more for comfort than to bring labour on now. I guess I should be trying some stuff now..

she will come when she is ready so even if you try different things to make her come she might not come until she is ready to come.
