feeling like an old lady!

Well i got up, got myself ready, got the boys up and ready, sorted out the washing for the day, had a tidy up, took the boys to school then had to go and collect a small parcel from the depot.
I dont drive and we dont have a car and i dont have any family or friends where i live locally so couldnt call anyone to help me. Un-pregant it would probably take me about 20 mins to walk there and back but no! 50 minutes!!!altogether there and back with a couple of hilly bits along the way.
My pelvis and lower back were/are killing me and i feel like an old woman!!!

How is everyone else getting on walking?

And to top it off BF bought me some really comfy flat hush puppies ballet tyle shoes in feb for my bday and i put them on this morning and my fat swollen TROTTER feet dont fit!!!!!!!!!! i wore them last week fine!!!!
AARRGGHH MAJOR RANT SORRY

You sound like me short walks now take a life time and my feet are huge i cant fit in my flip flops and i walk so funny my DH just laughs at me. A while back i posted that an old man actually walk past me and then asked if i was ok. The sad thing was he had a walking stick. I could have borrowed that. :-)

i cant walk for more than 10 minuites without suffering. Although my feet havent swollen up once yet. i think you need to take it easy. 50 minutes is a long walk for someone as advanced as you!
