I'm Currently Feeling:

achey hip/groin

could it be because I sit with legs crossed at my desk?

The ache wears off after walking for a bit but when I immediately get up from my desk I waddle and hobble like a real old lady! eeek!
It's right on the inside of my leg where it joins my body. Can occasionally be in the buttock too. always just one leg strangely.

It could be a mild form of SPD?

I get this in my left leg/joint/pelvis bit where it joins when i sit at this desk at home. Sometimes i get up too quick and the whole leg gives in where it is so sore and stiff and sometimes have to ask BF for help to hold me when i get up just until i get it back to normal.
I asked my midwife and she said its just where the pelvis and ligaments etc are moving about thats why they strongly recommend pregnant women and shortly after birth dont stand on chairs or ladders.
After having me,2 weeks later my mum stepped awkwardly off a chair and her left side of pelvis cracked and crunched and 29 years later still has severe pain that they cannot treat so take it easy and think about how your body is moving or how to move before doing it etc
Think im babbling now sorry lol

can SPD be irritated by sitting at a desk?! Everything I've read seems to suggest it should be relieved when sitting?!...maybe I'll try adn put my foot up while sitting..see if i can wedge a box under my desk!..it's even aching while i'm just sitting here typing now...oooh
