cant get comfy

i just cant get myself comfy little one has got him self in real arkward postion under my ribs and im having really bad backache .x gonna get on my birthing ball for a bit x

My midwife said to sit on an upright chair like a dining table chair.....or maybe a birthing ball would be the same.....and raise your arms slowly above your head straight in the air and stretch gently.

Hope he moves for you soon, my LO does this too when I am at work. After I get him out of my ribs he pushes my belly out making it all hard and very uncomfortable. Those lil boogers, lol!!!
