yep, team yellow for me too...though refuse to buy yellow clothes!

have a few white and red things as I think that is okay for boy and girl..though the red t shirt saying "no one puts baby in the corner" is maybe not so neutral but couldn't resist!

Yay!!! I'm not the only one I too am hoping the excitement of finding out will be a useful distraction during labor. With my first we did a "under the sea" themed nursery in just bold colors. But we have since moved. Our son's room is boy colors (Duh!), but the other room was already decorated GORGEOUSLY for a girl. So we hate to take that down if we ended up having a girl (which my feeling is that it is a girl). So we figure baby will be sleeping in our room the first few weeks anyway and our in-laws will be staying with us. So, if we end up with a boy, I'm hoping to talk the in-laws into helping re-do the room with my hubby while I sit and play director

I think my hubby is also secretly happy that my shopping urges have been curbed. We still have a bunch of gender neutral stuff from my first, so I really can't see buying more. Will just wait and have a shopping frenzy when baby gets here.

Go team yellow!!!

hey! I am team yellow too!

We decided not to find out too as personally we wanted a surprise at the end of it and also we didn't want baby to have an identity amongst our friends and family before s/he is born but that is just our personal choice everyone different I guess.

We are buying just cute white stuff at the moment as I guess when baby is born our family and friends will buy either pink or blue! We can always top things up but from the sounds of what our friends say that already have babies is that you end up with loads of stuff anyway!

with regards nursery we think we are going to go for sesame street theme but not over the top and garish but cute and fun as colours quite vibrant. We are lucky as friend is interior designer and will make it look wicked!! can't wait!! Also I used to love Grover from sesame street so think that sold it to me!!

Im on team yellow too! Been up and down about whether to find out or not or if we made the right decision to wait but now sure that we chose the right thing. It'll be a lovely feeling finding out once LO is delivered.

I have stuck with whites and creams for baby grows, vests etc with a few neutral outfits.
Adams did some really funky neutral bodysuits which are really colourful with dots etc on.
My mum has also crocheted loads of blankets in allsorts of funky neutral colours and im on a cool purple one at the mo. My mum has also made some really lovely cardigans with matching hats etc. although probably a bit too hot for LO unless it is evening time etc.

Love this post! we're team yellow!!

OH did decide that he wanted to find out (I left the choice up to him) but LO decided that he/she would keep it a secret and wouldn't move their legs when we had the scan! Not due for another scan now so I guess we'll find out in August!

We have done the nursery in a really light terracotta with cream curtains, so far that's as far as we've got!
