Also tucks pads with witchhazel help on the bum... takes the firey ass feeling away.

(They'll also be good for after you deliver vaginally. Wipe across your hooha with the Tucks and you might even lay one or two over the top of your pad to get close to the perenium.)

Sorry if this is a stupid question but what are "tucks"? And is it normal to be clogged up after birth then?

I've been clogged up my whole pregnancy, there have been times I've almost cried when going cause of the pain (sorry if TMI). I just try to take Metamucil (yuk!!), it's really not that bad, it's just thick so I try to slam it like a shot, then I take stool softners on top of that.

So, I need to expect having the hershey squirts in the future??? Oh goody, the joys of being pregnant.

TUCKS are for helping relieve hemorrhoids and cleaning the affected area. They really do help, I've had to use them and will probaby use them after birth to clean the lower region.

Tucks pads

Yes, it is normal for things to slow down "down there" after birth. Birthing is a fairly traumatic process for the nether regions and it takes a week to ten days to get things back up to speed. So some people experience pretty significant constipation after birth. Some (like me) felt like the first poop was like giving birth again.

Yep, the body does a 'purging' prior to labor. It can be full on hershey squirts or just loose.

Hang in there mama, we're almost done!

Mine has been pretty loose all through pregnancy, but today it's gotten a LOT worse! I've been at least 5 times today!! I think a lot of it has to do with the pineapple though.
