so after waiting 2 whole weeks for my appointment, I found out that baby has dropped just a little bit more, but not much and that my cervix is still completely closed She reckons that I will make it full term if not be late. I'm disappointed as 2 weeks ago she thought he might come early because he is so low.

She was also surprised that I haven't felt any BH's / contractions. Guess my body is arguing with my head. Head says its time for baby to come, body seems to think he should stay in longer

Well I've been fully engaged and 2cm dilated for over a week now (maybe two I can't remember when I was in hospital) and NOTHING. Everyone is different.

Sorry for the disappointment love, but at least all is well with your LO. I am fully prepared for going over, so I am trying to to get to excited about my due date.

Thanks girls. I guess I just got my hopes up because of her saying I'd most likely deliver early at my last appointment.

Patience has never been one of my strong points.

I think I will be late too but I'm trying not to think like that. Negative thoughts provoke negative happenings and all that jazz. I will just keep chanting: "She WILL be early and she WILL be tiny!"
