Question

Feeling tired + sick.

Ughh. I am soooooooo tired. I really don't know why. I havn't done anything all day apart from have a bath and sit watching television. I think I feel sick because I had a piece of cake AND a doughnut at lunch but.. Sleepy, sleepy, sleepy. Do you think maybe I should start napping whenever I'm tired? Especially as my pains are at night so that's when I'm expecting I'll go into labour.

Bed is calling me but I refuse to give in!!!

I think the further towards the end you get you will be more tired, I guess your body is just trying to get you to rest so you can be ready for labour or something? I dont know. My MIL said she was really really tired for the last week or so before she had her kids.

I thought that because I started getting myself in a routine of waking up earlier in the mornings but everyone has said, if your tired, go with it. You need to sleep as much as you can now.

I feel exactly the same today. I think it's the tiredness that's making me feel sick so I'm gonna have a nap and see how I feel later. I recommend napping though, it does make you feel better

If you want to sleep, then sleep. There is no point fighting it !!! You want to be well rested when start labour. It won't be fun starting labour already tired.
