I'm Currently Feeling:

teary?

Yesterday I cried and felt panicky for no apparent reason - nothing worth getting upset about anyway. And today again I got all upset about nothing and had a tantrum. Feel terrible as I really pissed off DB.
I seem to worry about nothing and blow everything out of proportion and just have a very child-like tantrum adn feel so upset....I was struggling to hold back my tears sitting here in my office!!!

Whats going on?! I've been pretty calm all pregnancy so this sudden surge of random emotion-ness has taken me off guard..

Anyone else experiencing this? Am I going mad?
Am I doomed to a life of post/pre natal depression?!?!?
Am in week 31.

I have had a lot of this but it didn't happen so quickly, it started when I found out up until now. Theres days when I feel better than others, but most of the time I just feel overwhelmed and like I cant cope with whats about to happen.

Maybe your hormones have just kicked in a bit more the past few days? If you're worried though or you feel like you are actually depressed I would have a word with your midwife. Theres been some brilliant support made available to me

Hope you feel better.

I get days like this, a few weeks ago I almost started crying because the remote control had gotten lost You're not alone and I don't think it necessarily means you will have any form of depression

Try not to worry- just hormones. And they don't necessarily mean you are doomed to post natal depression. This happened yesterday to me too...I was fine all day and then the last 15 minutes at work just became violently enraged for absolutely NO reason. I get crying jags every now and then too- kind of like yours. Hang in there.

I'm exactly the same. I've been fine for most of the pregnancy, but lately I've burst out crying for absolutely no real reason. Poor OH, he doesn't know what to do with me.

I find myself closer to tears now than earlier in my pregnancy. There is a big hormanal shift towards the end gearing up for labor, and man has it kicked my butt some days.
