Wat do braxton hicks feel like?

All different things. Sometimes they're period-type pains. Sometimes they're niggling pains in the top of bump. Sometimes they're back ache. Sometimes they're just your bump getting hard on and off. Different for everyone I think

I'm not fully sure either but i think i felt one which felt like my bump was being squeezed. I can only imagine this to be some sort of contraction. Was lieterally like it was being hugged from all aorund and squished. Didnt hurt.

At other timers I have felt like period like pains...didnt know they could be them though, but I guess maybe they were.
