Baby sling test drive

Hehe, so I received the baby sling I ordered, and decided to take it for a test drive. My kitty Tango lent me a helping paw. He actually loved it, and started purring!

And yes, I cropped my face out as I looked horrible!

HAha...

I got my Moby today and because of my big belly, decided to try it on my daughter... she wanted to carry Miss Penny (our Pomeranian) in it.

I don't think she would have been as docile as your cat seems to be!

We used one of her carebears instead.

I got a Moby for my shower. It looks very complicated. Do you like it? I'm thinking about returning it because I have a ring sling as well.

I love it. It's not complicated at all really. I like it because it distributes baby's weight evenly across both shoulders rather than just one (like the ring), and is really versatile in allowing baby to be 'up and aware' as she gets older (much like she would be in a structured carrier.)

I have a ring sling too for when I'm bf'd or need to hit the store quick, but for long outings or whatever, the Moby is wonderful.

The fabric is really nice (I got one that has UV protectant on it for our lake trips). And they have cute ones with 'designer' panels.

The only bad part is, it's a lot of fabric, and might be a pain to tote around, but I figure I'll be wearing the thing 90% of the time while out anyway so I'm not sure travel storage is a huge issue.

I reviewed one video yesterday, and will review a few more today to really get the nuance of the moby, but so far it's my favorite carrier that takes ALL positions and ages into account.
