I had 2 due dates given to me ...May 11th (today-Mother's Day) and May 12th tommorow. So my LO hasn't came on her own yet but as of last Wednesday I was 80% effaced adn 1 cm. dilated. The doc talked to me about induction (the don't like to go past 41 weeks)and asked me when I would like to be induced...and I said ASAP! So tommorow it is...I will be arriving at 6:00 A.M. and they will start me on the pitocin and break my bag of waters, etc. I'm really excited! I kind of like it this way...being planned and all. I know some people don't like induction, etc....but I don't see the harm (as long as it isn't before the due date- unless medically necesssary)...some women end up waiting and then have to be induced anyways. Anyways...I'm excited and nervous! I will post pics and story on the announcement board in a few days so be patient. Finally the time has come!!!! I feel like I've been pregnant forever!
