So i gave in and bought a birthing ball...

What do i do with it!?

Is it just a case of sitting on it and wiggling around?

I sit on mine with my legs shoulder width apart and just roll my hips around. Don't know if anyone else has any other recommendations?

Sounds about right. Just roll your hips around and practice your pelvic floor. Sit on it as much as you can every day instead of the sofa/desk chair and it will help keep your muscles in your back and stomach toned and ready.
