i've notied i get stressed in the evenings if I think too much or try and think about what i've got to do the next day or something. I'm fine the next morning, but in the evening I can feel entirely overwhelmed adn stressed out by thing. I think it's just becasue we're tired. I'm learning to not think a lot about things which could stress me. I'm best off having a nice deep bath, reading my book in the bath, then going to sleep!

Things are always fine in the morning and I wonder what on earth I was being silly about.

I can do the same thing. I find once I start on something it is sooo hard to walk away. After taking the advise of my MW I have been feeling better. When you get started on an activity that is going to consume you, set a timer for 2 hours, and when it goes off, just stop what you are going. Grab some water and take a 30 minute break.

That's a brilliant idea. Exactly like that - maybe even take a full day off and don't worry about it for the day, go to the spa; get a pedicure, manicure, mudbath, something to get your mind off the stress. And try to relax and remember - there's always tomorrow.
