Morning Ladies
Just thought I would share my exciting news..... My waters broke at 9.15 this morning. No contractions as yet. I have phoned the hospital and they have told me to go in at 3pm today to be assessed.
I am strangely calm at the moment but you should of seen the look on hubby's face. I can't wait to meet my little girl.
Anyway I will keep you posted.

Excellent news!! How you feeling now, any other signs?
Was it alot of water? I always wonder how much water actually comes out, and does it actually 'gush' out really fast?
I had just got back into bed after going to the loo, I tried to sit myself upright and felt a trickle. I thought it can't be wee as i have just been, then it carried on and on and on (not gushing as such, just running downing my legs). I managed to get out of bed and stand on a towel. I made it to the bathroom with a beach towel between my knees which was soaked by the time I got there. I had a lovely shower for about 10 minutes and when I got out it the waters were still flowing steadily. Its now two hours later and they are still coming out. I can't believe there is any fluid left in there!!
I have have a few tiny period like cramps but nothing major so far. The time is whizzing by and before I know it we will be off the the hospital.
Baby is still jiggling about and I feel like I need a poo!!
So far so good on the pain front, we will see how this goes though!
