Sudden nausea??

I got really lucky, as the ENTIRE morning sickness thing bypassed me but in the last three days, Im very, very nauseaus and my appetite is way off..the only thing I can stomach is kiwi and sugar free jello. She has dropped waay down, so it cant be that my stomach is getting cramped. Ive heard that nausea is a sign of impending labor..what do you guys think?

My MW mentioned this last week. It can be caused by the new surge of oxytocin closer to the end of pregnancy.

I felt indescribably sick before I went into labour - had a fever and everything, too. Kept shaking and was sure I was going to be sick - for the first 5 hours of my labour I kept getting my mum to hold a sick bucket in front of my face every time I had a contraction! It's not as if my contractions were far apart, either - they were pretty much one after the other... My poor mother - I'm told she was quite sick of it by the end!
