I'm Currently Feeling:

You can try to drink a glass of cold water, and lay down on your back for a bit. I find my LO always wiggles away after a meal.

Eat a big meal, and then if this is your first child lay down on your left side, that should do the trick. If not maybe a ringtone from your cellphone will wake him up? Try putting it right against your belly and moving it around.

glass of caffine coke really quick. worked when I got worried.

You are supposed to be able to feel 10 wiggles/flutters/kicks etc in one hour. if you don't try eat/drink and then try again. If after several hours and several attempts you still havent got to ten, then you should call your mw.

Official advice i got from my MW.

Hope he/she perks up!

oh and a normal baby stops kicking so much after 28 weeks because of lack of space. Most babies have quiet days too, so I am sure you are fine!
