I'm Currently Feeling:  | I am not bad at all recently, i used to get up a couple of times a night, now i can go right through i do wake up needing to go at 7.30ish though, so i tend to just get up at that time everyday, once i'm awake i can't get back to sleep. Through the day though i am constantly on the loo, but hardly anything there! |

On the odd occassion its every two hours!!! |
