One of my feet has been really swollen and painful when i walk on it for the past couple of weeks, at first i thought i might have gone over on it or something, but its been like three weeks now...... Could this be water retention you think????

It could be but I would get it checked.

def get checked. My feet/ankles would swell after work and I thought it was normal, but sadly I had severe htn. better to be safe and see your doc, then sorry.

Thanks, I have MW appt tomorrow morning (doctors shut this afternoon!) ill put my feet up for rest of this afternoon.
