I call it sparkles,its like you can see about 40 mini sparkly light flashing things in front of your eyes. Mine go after about 30 seconds or so.
I asked my midwife about it and she said it is to do with high blood pressure but i always measure fine when i see her so she is not really worried.
She said it can also happen when suddenly getting up or if you kneel then get up etc or if you get too hot and do too much.
