Weight predictions are notoriously innacurate.

Nature has a way of helping things all work out in the end, no matter what baby's weight, or mama's height.

Hey Toria - she might try and guess, but it's rarely accurate. I was told a while ago to expect a tiny baby, but that was by a stand in midwife - my actual midwife won't guess.

My twin sister was told her baby would be around 5lb - her LO was actually 7lb 11oz!

On the other hand so many pregnant women say 'I've been told I'll have a huge 9lb+ baby', but it's rarely the case - the average seems to be around 7lb. There is no real way of knowing until LO comes along!

I was going to ask the same question, my doctor has never guessed my baby's weight I wish he would though lol.
