today i felt sick when i woke up this morning i have come into town to spend the day at my OH parents shop (i have a appointment) and i feel so sick i soon have to go to a appointment and just cant find it to move from where i am sitting.

I felt crap this morning as well, I hope you get to feeling bettter soon!!

My Mum had a really bad sickness bug last week - she was rough for about three or four days - a lot of people around this way have had similar virus type thing - hope you're feeling better soon x
