I'm Currently Feeling: | Tips for soothing a sore bump Hello everyone,
I'm 34 weeks 5 days and my bump twinges have started to become definite aches. It's a constant, dull muscles strain kind of ache rather than cramps or contractions, more towards the top of my bump than the bottom. It's bloomin' uncomfy!
Does anyone have any helpful tips that have soothed their aches and pains through the last six weeks or so? Hot baths/pads etc. are what I've been using, and generally resting, but I don't fancy spending the next few weeks couch bound!
Thanks in advance!

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thank you Samantha and DarkHeaven,
I practically live in my bath at the moment, but it's usually sore again within half an hour of getting out. I'm hoping massaging will help, becuase there's no position that's comfortable. Even sitting down is awkward.
