Zanny, is it true what they say, about having big feet making it easier to give birth? To do with pelvis or something...
Well my daughter was only 5lb 1oz so she wasn't very big but I found pushing very easy.. she was out within 10 minutes. I was induced, but once things got going it all happened very quickly. Whilst I was pregnant with her my midwife asked me what shoe size I was & when I told her she said "ohh you'll be fine then"!
I've never heard the bit about delivery being easier if you have bigger feet. I'm a size 8 too. I think I faired pretty well last time so I hope this time goes well too.
I haven't tried any fitted shoes in awhile. Been sticking to my fav. supportive flip flops but even they start to cut into me after a few hours. Luckily, I can spend most of my days barefoot
and find it almost impossible to get shoes, thankfully I mainly wear trainers so not too bad.
