Thanks for all your replies.

The dentist said as I cracked a tooth it would be easier just to remove it than try and fix it so would need an anistetic (spelling??) but due to being close to end of pregnancy and also the fact I have been told I have a high chance of Premature Labour he wouldnt do anything until after baby is born.

He also said he couldnt give me anything for the pain as I have asthma aswell as being pregnant and the only thing he recommended was paracetomal.

Phoned the midwife (not my usual one) and she wasnt very helpful either. All she kept saying was to take paracetomal and that will help.

Its a bank holiday here today so couldnt see my doctor so am going to phone them first thing in the morning for an appointment and pray he will give me something for the pain as I now have earach and a headach aswell as the toothach. I dont really want to take any more paracetomal in case it effects the baby and its not doing any good anyway.

I really hope they can do somethin for you. Sounds as if it isnt going to get better on its own.

Managed to get an emergancy appointment with the doctor today and he said all he could give me was 2 codine tablets. I had to take one before I go to bed tonight, and one as soon as I got the prescription and if required take paracetomal in between. If the pain gets worse I have to go back. Good job I dont have to pay for prescriptions while pregnant. On the plus side the codine helped and I managed to get a little sleep this afternoon while the kids were at school.

Yep co-codamol are safe the hospital were giving them to me, it is only before 12 weeks that they would not be aloud. But check with your MW or GP just to give you piece of mind. x
