Pressure!

you lot can just tell me i'm being paranoid but i just needed to have my mind be put at rest.

since the weekend bumps movements have really slowed down and i am feeling a lot of pressure low down, (bottom of my stomach) which is were babies head is and my midwife told me yesterday that my bump has dropped and my bump looks quite small and is wondering wether the hospital should have given me a growth scan ?

am i worrying over nothing or is something going on here??

Does your midwife not measure your fundal height? If that was normal you wont get a scan. Pressure is because babies getting lower too.

she did and it measured 29, but she still was showing her concerns which worried me, being only a tiny bit smaller isnt much of a problem is it?

My babies head has been down since 27 weeks and I had a lot of pressure when he first turned down. As long as you are measuring fine (+ or - 1 or 2cm of your # in weeks) then I wouldnt worry too much. If you ever feel like you need to push or anything like that then I would call your doc right away.
