Optimum foetal Positioning?

Has anyone thought about this? i read and article about this yesterday and since then i've been wondering what position my baby is facing and what i can do to ensure he stays in the best position...apparently the best position for the baby to move down the the pelvis is for the baby to be head down with his back on the left side of my tummy.

My MW was saying that swimming is fantastic for gettig the baby in the right position. You definatly want it head down, and it's back to your front.

Thanks Sam...i'll start preparing myself when i go on maternity leave but knowing me i'll probably be to lazy to go swimming often so i'll try and watch tv on my knees with my legs spread apart, apparently that helps too.
