Ok...may be TMI, but I have to share!

Last night, I was feeling rather "in the mood" so DH and I decided to take advantage of that moment and have sex. This is the first time we've had sex in a couple of months. Plus, I wouldn't mind if it got things started, (labor) so I was all for it. Well, just let me tell you, that I felt (and I know this is horrible) but I seriously felt like it was 7 years ago and I was back in highschool having sex for the first time again.

It was so uncomfortable and admist all the swelling (TMI) I thought my woohoo area had closed shut.

My sweet husband was quite patient with me and afterwards we had a good laugh about it. But still....

Has anyone had this? I mean, my god, I would like to be able to jumpstart labor that way, if I can, but if that means going through this pain each time, I WILL NOT do it. Sorry if it's TMI, just wanted to share my lovely sex story with you all. haha.

Oh no. I know that my bits are a bit fuller down there, and it does take a little longer for us to get things where they need to be, but as far as the pain, I find it much less painful now then I did in trimesters 1 and 2. Good luck on trying again.

Hey hun...you know what i know exactly what you went through. Having sex has been no fun for me at all. Without getting too explicit it was uncomfortable...made not only me hurt but him also...and yeah it does make you feel like your doing it for the 1st time...i understand hun, however for some reason when we used contraception it didnt hurt as much...strange?? Have to say i feel loads better now doing it. So dont worry hun you are totally normal

We didn't have sex from when I started bleeding (10 weeks) untill 28 weeks. When we tried it hurt so much I didn't want to again.

we had it last night (my due day) to see if we could get things started wev been having it every 1 - 2 weeks through my pregnancy but i feel so uncomfortable having it and i just cant relax so it doesnt go on for very long lol xxx

Things just don't feel right and normal to me so I've given up trying. Plus, LO always starts kicking and that kinda just spoils the mood.

Had an internal at my scan today and doc said she could feel LO's head by just putting her finger inside! OH and my reaction was like right, no more foreplay even, don't want to go banging on LO's head (sorry if TMI).

Me and OH also had it last night and it was awkward due to the amount my bump had grown since last time lol! n e way... I woke up a few hours later with the *coming period* aches and pains but they weren't that bad, it was more the stabbing in my back that killed and kept me awake for 4 hours lol! I was hoping this was the start to things happening but I'm not going through that pain again lol!
