I am now waiting for the onslaught of 'have you had the baby yet?' calls. I am tempted to answer this question in 2 ways. 1. Yes, we just thought we would get around calling people eventually, we are not that excited about it really. 2. No, I just decided I am going to be pregnant forever.
As for comments about whether you had your baby or not, I know towards the end it can be bothersome, but remember, they love you and are so excited to have a new addition to the family.
