Head down?!!!!....

My little girls head is placed down at 28weeks. Sometimes i get a mild shooting pain like round ligament pain down below and sometimes in my bottom! which is very uncomfortable... Ive been told this is also due to pressure of the babys head pushing down..... ive also dropped..... is this normal?! xxxx

My baby's been head down since my 17 week scan, don't worry. I've never felt kicks anywhere other than on the right by my belly button becuase of how she's been lying for so long! I'm guessing the midwife told you she's head down? She would have said if you were engaged, so maybe she's just moved

Thank you! I had a growth scan at 28weeks and they say everything is fine and she is head down with feet in my ribs. ( and that is were the twinges from down below are coming from ) - her head being low down pressing on nerves sending them to my vagina and bottom! v. uncomfy! It's so tough to not worry when this is your first child aswell ive found it very tough throughout all the complications and hospital trips i've had to make :-[ xxx

I know exactly what you mean about it being hard not to worry, I feel like I live in the hospital some weeks

It'll all be well worth it though

I've been feeling more strange sensations over these last few days.
I think little girl is getting lower and lower in my pelvis as i can feel pressure wheni stand and walk.

Just today I had a new sensation that my insides were going to fall out of my vagina and my bum both at the same time

this is my 2nd pregnancy and bubs is already head down. I keep getting weird sensations in my vagina as though she is actually in there. Its like something is wriggling around. Also form all the pressure of her being so low i also have days where i get heaps of discharge
