It's not as bad as I thought then...I thought it would last for atleast 2 days (I know some unlucky ladies do)

I was induced at 38 weeks. My waters were broken at 10am and was put on a hormone drip to encourage contractions. First contraction came at about 12:00 and I had Keeley at 7:50pm and Jake at 7:59pm - so about 10 hours from start to finish. Didn't feel that long though - it went quite quickly lol

not sure what you call stage 1...i started have contractions in the middle of the night but once they got to be about 5-6 minutes apart and i got in the hospitalmy labor lasted about 8 hours...they broke my water and i had dd 3 1/2 hours later. (when i got to hospital i was only dilated a 3... to get the ball rolling the did a membrane scrape the day before and a pitocin drip during the labor.
