I was induced, when they put the gel in I was 2cm but had no contractions, that was at 4.30pm on the Thurs.

Contractions started (well painful ones!) about 11pm Fri night, had her 9pm Sat night. Oh and had my waters broken about 7.30pm as they hadn't gone.

Really don't wanna be induced this time

xxx

About 6 hours Stage 1 to baby, but I was in early labour for 9 before that, I just didn't know it.

4 hours and 15 mins. I was upright or on a bouncy ball leaning over the bed until I needed to push. I think staying upright really helped. I will deffo be using a birthing ball again because the bouncing really really helped me..

They say that for each labour, the time is cut in half. It didnt quite work that way for me, but it also depends on if you are induced or not. That tends to take longer. xxx

This is one of the reasons I don't want to be induced again, I want to be able to stand and walk about rather than be strapped to a bed on a monitor

I'm pretty sure that didn't help

My first was about 20hours.. from first contraction to delievery.
Second was about 5 hours 30mins..
Third was about 3hours 45minutes.
Hope this one is pretty quick.. Knowing my luck it will be a 20hour one.. Lol.
I'm ready for it I think..
