Tonnes! Cleaning, cooking, baking, walking, swimming, gardening, shopping, meeting with friends, sorting out filing, all the stuff I would try to cram in at weekends! Mind you I haven't much tkime left so I'm cramming it all in now really.

You'll get into a routine soon enough. TV is a bit dangerous in the day I find because I could end up sitting there for hours, so I try not to have it on too much in the day. I do get a bit hooked on the computer though, obviously!

xx

It is really hard to get into the new rythum of not going to work...and does take a few days..I found to begin with it felt like either I was just on my days off or on holiday!!!
Now though, I find that I spend the morning, doing little tasks that I have set for meyself...like filing, baking, washing etctetc, all those things I have wanted to do for ages, but have not found the time for!
I then spend the savo chilling (usually cos I have knackered myself out)

I find I always have something to do..even if its just sitting in my rocking chair to read a book or an hour!!

Its heaven!!

I've done lists upon lists! Cooked food for freezer, wrote birth plan, packed hospital bag, finished nursery, tidied and cleaned everywhere, had pedicure - do all those jobs you've always wanted to do! You'll love it x

I felt really at a loose end and quite lost at first, and felt really dissatisfied with the whole experience of being at home for the first few days. However, four weeks on and I really love it. I get things done during the day that just never got done before, washing, tidying, writing letters, sorting out things in the house and garden, cooking proper dinners, catching up with family and friends etc etc.

We have much more chilled evenings and weekends now, and also, my husband has realised how much his life has improved with me being at home, so we have both benefited.

You will settle into your own routine soon enough!

I'm the same, have enjoyed bing able to cook proper meals for me and hubby. and also being able to spend time with hubby. (he works shifts). He's noticed how much more relaxed I am and how things around the home are so much better!!!!!!
