try not to worry there is still plenty of time like the other girls have said and there are other options so try not to get stressed.
They can try to manipulate the baby to turn and suggest exercises for you to do like all 4's and birthing ball etc every day.
The other thing is you do not have to decide on a c section now or feel pressurised into one. Babies can turn even in labour and being breech shouldn't have to mean you have to go straight for the c section......they just advise that as doing a breech delivery takes more staff and would require someone with more experience and nowadays where most are automatically referred for a section those people with experience are getting rarer.
You can try to go for a normal delivery with a breech if bubs hasn't turned by then and they will just monitor bubs throughout labour if any emergency action is needed.
Hope this all makes sense, i had a word with my hospital as a c section for me would be impossible for me in the weeks after the birth as i have no family or friends nearby to help with my stepsons/baby etc.

Good luck hun.

Later on I think it's more difficult to tell. A friend at work was telling me today that doctors kept telling her her son was head down but when he started to come out they realised he was breech and had been wrong all along. They do make mistakes sometimes, but if your LO is breech, at least they're looking into it now.

Hope everything goes well tomorrow... let us know!

xxx

i have had to have a c section because of the baby being breech, wasnt noticed until 38 weeks though despite being checked by my midwife and a hospital midwife when they addmitted me for pre eclampsia they finally picked it up, hosptal did try to turn baby but my wee man was havin none of it, so i had the c section. i wouldnt recommend tryin to get your baby turned as it was agony. the section wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, they had me up on my feet that evening. that was 7 weeks ago and i have been fully mobile pretty much all that time ( obv not heavy lifting). best of luck with your scan. if you have any questions of anything just let me now x x

If it is breech you can try laying on an ironing board that is laid between the couch and the floor (with your head on the floor). Google natural methods to turn breech baby. There's lots to try.

Awww, I hope your LO turns for you. I was going through this until last weekend when she finally turned around. I was doing a bunch of the exercises to turn her. She liked listening to the headphones placed low on my bump the best though. That really got her moving. In the end though, she turned while I was asleep. I finally had a good nights sleep and when I woke up, her feet were in my ribs. It hurt like crazy but thrilled me nonetheless.

My MW kept saying they could turn her manually and while that sounds horribly painful, I was glad it was an option. I tried a bunch of these exercises- http://pregnancychildbirth.suite101...._a_breech_baby

So, try to relax, play your LO some tunes, hike your hiney up in the air and talk that baby into position
