anyone have a cervical erosion?

well i dont want to go over old ground so to keep it short ive experienced bleeding .... doctors looked and said theres a graze over cervix and from what i can gather this is some kind of erosion which is usually agreivated during sex. well for me sex wasnt the case because i havnt had any! lol

but i no hormones and etc can make the erosion sensitive and bleed.

i just wanted to ask if anyone has one, and what your experiences have been with it? and if you have ever have a bleed from it that wasnt caused by intercourse? i also feel sore at the top

Cheers girls!! xx

I've bled from sex so almost wondering if this is what I have But I haven't had anybody examine my cervix so I wouldn't have a clue! It is a bit scary bleeding when you shouldn't be though Puts you in to a right panic doesn't it, I'm glad you got an explanation for it.

I hope it's something that will resolve itself soon for you x

I have this and have bleeding on 5 or 6 occasions from about 18 weeks and only one of these was caused by sex.
Cervical erosion is quite common. The cervix is extra sensitive during pregnancy. Try not to worry abou it although it's hard I know becaus I freak out every time an have been up the hospital so many times
x

It's mainly been spotting for me not really big bleeds. Im always checking for blood though and it does worry me a lot but I just go to the hospital they check me over and so far everything has been ok. I have a Doppler which helps put my mind at rest a lot !! Xx
