During the night...! ? Circulation!

I am waking up about 4-5 times a night with no circulation in one of my hands and lower arm its not because i am lay on because i am not. Its kinda like a dead arm and pins and needles. its horrible n really hurts. Its been happening for about a week and a half now. Also some times when i get up in the morning my legs are the same... but this is not every morning. Just wondering whether anyone else had the same thing or whether anyone knew of what it could be and had advice??

Thanks x

I have this too hun, midwife says it is carple tunnel and should sort itself out after pregnancy. Awful isnt it, the ends of my fingers on one of my hands stay dead all day though, and go completely dead during the night. x

I get this if I lie on my right side, but not if I lie on my left. Does it happen whichever way you lie?

Circulation is meant to be better in pregnancy if you are lying on your left, I think.
