I'm Currently Feeling: | Deestar-
In the U.S. you can buy it at specialty tea shops in loose leaf form. That's how I drink mine. My naturopath said that's the most potent way to drink it. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've been advised by my midwife not to start taking Rasberry Leaf Tea till I'm at least 36 weeks. I've just read that a few of you have taken it earlier. Has it been OK to take before 36 weeks? Have you had any adverse effects?
Thanks

| i took this with my last baby in the tablet form from 32 weeks and it really made a BIG difference - i would reccommend it to everyone!! my first 2 labours were 36 hours and 10 half hours (long labours run in my family) so decided to give raspberry leaf ago and although my son was back to back it was by far my easiest labour - i was only at the hospital 40 min before i pushed him into the world with 2 pushes!! will defo be stocking up on this soon |
