I'm Currently Feeling: | It helps to tone the uterus so that it makes contractions more effective. I started drinking 3-4 cups a day at about 36-37 weeks. I think you could start sooner if you wanted to though. I didnt ask my doctor, but if you feel like you should then ask. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Is it in a tea bag form if I were to buy it at my local grocery store??? I think I want to buy some and drink some now.. well not now.. but maybe next week.
So you have to drink this tea about the time your due and then drink it even afterwards to help shrink uterus? Am I right here?? |

My third stage was amazing, too - Because I wanted a natural third stage I'd been warned I may have had to get up and walk about a bit, but I was on my knees for the birth and the placenta just fell out after Anna (no pushing needed).
My tum also shrunk back to size and shape within the first few days with no effort or anything from me.
I truly believe that all this was due (or at least helped) by my drinking rasberry leaf tea during my last week of pregnancy. |

| In my antenatal classes, the midwife told us to start taking it around 32 weeks for the best results, so I've started taking it. I'm taking it in the pill form though as everyone says the tea tastes horrible, and I will never drink the tea.
She showed us research on it as well. Anything to shrink the belly back down to size! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I started taking the tablet form from 34 weeks with my last pregnancy and truely believed it helped me. I intend on having it again with this pregnancy.
Also another thing I found helped me personally during labour was rose oil mixed with a base oil. You can have it massaged into your back as many times as you like during labour but only twice on your tummy (not sure why), anyway it's mean't to help with your labour and keep you drug free as long as possible-that's the intention anyway!!! I had Faith on just gas and air so I think it helped me. |
