My ankles have been swollen since i was 24 weeks pregnant,

but i notice it more at night time when am sitting down with my feet up,the other day i couldnt get my trainers on they were that puffy,think my problem is i dont drink enough water

My mum recommended flip flops too, my trainers are getting too tight. I've read that accupuncture can help if it's bad and I think nettle tea is supposed to be good for water retention (but it's disgusting!)

i cant even get my flip flops on! they have a leather strap accross the top, so i have to wear my boots (hiking boot type trainer things lol) except the laces have to be sooo loose

my right ankle and calf have been the problem area for me and its annoying caus im overdue and trying to baby in the right position so lying down doesnt help so much and i can only lie on my left , im trying not to think about it too much during the day and spend the evening laying on my left side on the floor on one of the spare mattreses we have

I second that! My big fat feet wouldn't fit last night so I've put them on this morning so they are on all day.
