I'm Currently Feeling: | Bad pain in legs A couple of times now, I've woken up in the middle of the night in agony. When I stretch my legs out to get get comfy, a few times it feels like the muscles have stretched to an excruciating proportion! I'm at a loss as to what it could be. I suppose it could be my muscles but I've stretched a muscle before and the pains never been that fierce. Any ideas? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've been getting these too the last few days, and not just at night, got them yesterday after Stan and I got back from a walk. I drank some water and that seemed to help ease the cramping | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | What vitamin tablets are you taking?
I had the same problem but it has been a lot better since my doc told me to take extra calcium tablets. i take two a day and its fine. As soon as I skip for more than a day the cramps come back. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Leg cramps are a killer, mine have started to come back again.
When they happen try stretching out your leg and flexing your foot up towards you. Works for me anyway. x | | | | Status: Offline
