I get damp patches all the time and it is because his little head is always wedged in with my bladder. My pelvic floor exercises seemed to have failed! I did go and get it checked out and it was just pee - even tho it was colourless and odourless.
I was kinda hoping someone else would say "oh the damp patches, yeah i get those all the time"
I get them all the time too! I drink a ton of water too so my pee is clear almost all the time and pretty much odorless, so that could explain what your having. I thought for a while I was leaking too but then I had what your having where it comes and goes and I figured I was just peeing myself a little here and there.
