panic attacks???? wtf?

Alright so I went and did my last bit of shopping for my hospital bag today...came home and started putting my and my daughters stuff together for the hospital and it didn't excite me like I had thought...in fact the opposite I had a panic attack. I've never felt that way before...like I couldn't breathe, heart starting beating so fast, got dizzy! What the heck is wrong with me? I'm starting to freak out now? A little late! I'm starting to panic and wonder if I am truly ready for all this I just want to be the best I can be for her and I am feeling very unprepared all of a sudden. I sure hope this is normal pretty scary stuff

Just take it (parenting) one day at a time, kermie. You'll do fine.

I know the feeling. Despite being excited and happy at this stage it is quite scary and daunting too. You just had a moment of realisation, of how your life is gonna change, responsibility etc, etc. It's perfectly normal so don't beat yourself up. u'll b a fab mum x
