Can't sleep!!!!

Well, I am now getting on for 37 weeks and I am fed up.

I keep finding myself waking up earlier and earlier every morning. Today it was 4.30 am (ish) but normally it's around 6 am.

It is usually after my 10th trip to the loo that does it and I just can't get back off to sleep!!

I am really looking forward to having this baby now just so I can have some quality sleep, ie not disturbed by having to go to the loo every 5 minutes or getting pain in my groin every time I move!!

I might also look forward to having sex again at some point in the distant future!!!!! Won't that be fun

I know how you feel. Im like a zombie at the minute. I get pelvic pain, and now bad wrist pain to top it off. Just cant sleep at night for more than about 45 mins now without waking up due to something hurting. By the time 5am arrives im redi to just get up and give up trying. I seriously think ill be getting more sleep after LO is here!

Me too - how weird that 4am seems to be a common time! It's usually back ache that wakes me and keeps me awake. A hot water bottle finally got me some relief this morning

I really want some sleep too.... It's definately got worse over the last week. I get up at least 4 times for the loo and normally from about 3.30 - 4 ish I'm awake and can't get back to sleep, it's driving me nuts. It amazes me how I get through the day at the mo....

i didnt go to sleep was up till after 2 then got out of bed then went back at nearly half 4 with some painkillers and got a bit of rest, a good thing too caus DH is doing one of his "full days" today 10.30-7.30 so im going to have to cope with ds all day, and earache on top if it doesnt go away the doctors are out of emergancy appointments but if i call back at 2 they might have a cancelation slot i can have, honestly it would be easier to find a sitter and walk myself up to a&e ,

Im exactly the same! I wake up to do around 2-3 pee's a night and in between these i wake up in a hot flush or from the horrible pains in my groin area when my body is attempting to turn over in my sleep. I tended to MAKE myself sleep in until around 9:30am-ish to make up for it but i cant anymore... i keep waking up around 6am and cant get back to sleep I want to be able to sleep now because obviously when LO arrives, wont be able to then!! x
