Discharge?? What is this fluid?..I NEED HELP

This may be TMI but I need some advice.
It seems like I have been leaking fluid. Like a milky clear fluid.

I dont think its amniotic because if it was the doc surely would have said something.. I saw him Friday. And I dont think its my show, its not bloody or brown

But its just odd because its leaking out of me. ???

And I also am 3cm dilated is this something due to cervix?

I have had the same for a few weeks now - its just cervical mucas but very watery rather than stringy as it was earlier in pregnancy... You tend to get lots more the further along you get apparently x

Just increased discharge Hun. It gets even more abundant the further along you get

I've had this through the whole pregnancy. I thought I had an infection because it made me terribly itchy but doctor said everything down there looked normal. Now it's changed from the milky stuff to clear and very very thin (with a very occasional glob of snotty stuff to tease me and make me think i'm making progress) and it STILL itches like crazy. Pregnancy is SO gross!
