Well I actually DID lose my musuc plug yesterday (WHOO HOO!!!), the first glob was all white, then when I was actually on the toilet another fell right into the toilet and was this totally solid coppery reddish color, not red not brown. The whole of it, no white at all. Is this normal? I have not had any blood in the rest of my show, so it's quite strange.

And no... in case you're thinking the same thing I had to ask myself for a moment, it was not a piece of poop. LOL

Hun, I think it can be a variety of colors. I am not 100% though, but if you are worried, just give your Dr or MW a call.

Yeah its common for it to have blood in. When i've had shows, in my previous pregnancies, and they've had bood in it's normally been when i was in labour or just before, so fingers crossed. Not loads just a tinge

Sounds normal to me. It can be all sorts of color.
